Bluebeam Erase Content

I have recently upgraded to revu 2021 complete and have now found my erase content and cut content tools are not working, they are greyed out even when working on a new pdf with no.

Use the erase content , cut content or redaction tools to remove content from the pdf.

Revu’s “pdf content” functions allow us to edit this “vector data”.

Affected content is permanently removed from the pdf content stream.

The erase tool is a very valuable tool that comes in handy to clear away pdf data that is not able to be erased like a markup.

Are you trying to erase a markup?

Go to edit > content > erase content.

Erase content allows the removal of text, vectors, and images from documents.

Also in bluebeam revu, you can go to reduce file size and then use a custom preset which lets you check/uncheck certain items to include in the the filesize reduction.
